Overview
A leading platform in regulated data capture, assurance, and access approached me to lead its marketing across brand, campaign, and strategy.
I inherited a tangle, not a team. No positioning. No documentation. No clarity. Marketing output had no plan or structure, urgency without direction. In short: ad hoc strategies had failed to build long-term results over a number of years.
Challenge
The service was strong. The market real and rapidly growing. But the marketing function wasn’t working.
No roadmap. No personas. No offer documentation. No performance engine. The task wasn’t evolution – it was rescue.
The work had to align internal teams, earn external trust, and deliver results fast.
Approach
I rebuilt the department from the ground up:
Defined the product and offer
Developed market segmentation and customer personas
Built the messaging architecture
Documented competitive positioning
Launched and embedded HubSpot as the operational core
Led global ABM and demand generation campaigns
Delivered C-suite reporting with commercial insight
Hired and mentored a team aligned to critical revenue outcomes
Structure replaced drift. Delivery followed.
Creative Direction
This wasn’t about flair. It was about function under pressure.
Every message had to hold in a regulated market. Every channel had to align. We built consistency into the brand and clarity into the execution.
Results
Marketing- & Sales-qualified opportunities worth £1,000,000s in TCV
Strategic and Innovation Partner of the Year award
Full-funnel agency partnership secured and managed
HubSpot fully embedded and adopted
Department restructure delivered in under six months
The system holds. The work performs. The results scale.
Seen enough drift. Ready for something built to last?
No pitch. No pressure. Just a clear next step.
